Established Brands will distribute three international brands – Hot Diamonds, M+Y Steel and Wenger – and one fledgling local label, Rush, which specialises in sterling silver jewellery.
Directors Steven Sher and Rory Cowan have been working in the watch and jewellery industry for more than 20 years.
Sher has owned several jewellery stores and launched Swiss watch and lifestyle brand Wenger in Australia. Cowan spent 17 years at Swatch Group, managing several brand accounts in Australia and New Zealand including Rado. After he left Swatch in 2005, he took over the distribution of Hot Diamonds in Australia.
Cowan said: “To continue to grow our brands – and indeed add more brands to our stable in the future – we need the combined expertise of both companies to achieve the standards we’ve set for our brands.”
