Sydney Fair: Nationwide Jewellers launches new Dashboard

With the International Jewellery Fair now just weeks away, Australia’s largest industry buying group has announced the launch of an updated digital platform for members.

Nationwide Jewellers has revamped its Dashboard, a platform designed to give members faster and more efficient access to a range of tools, resources, and support materials.

General manager Glen Pocklington described the platform as “everywhere, anywhere, any time”. Nationwide’s Dashboard is now accessible across mobile, tablet, and desktop devices, with more than 75 per cent of members already logged in.

The platform provides members with instant access to their account information, including invoices and statements, as well as updates on reward status and event registrations. Updated offers from more than 120 preferred suppliers with links and information are also available.

Managing director Colin Pocklington said the platform was designed with ease of access in mind.

"We're also transitioning most of our member communications, events and travel information over to Dashboard."

“We have recently revamped our Dashboard to make it easier for members to browse and search our preferred supplier directory, find the business resources they need and explore our marketing asset library,” Pocklington told Jeweller.

“We’re also transitioning most of our member communications, events and travel information over to Dashboard.

“The goal we continue to work towards is for our members to be able to access all things  Nationwide – all of our suppliers, business resources, marketing and support – from anywhere in the world.”

Among the other tools provided on the platform are marketing support and access to digital and social media content, as well as Canva integration, featuring editable marketing templates.

There’s also an extensive library of business resources addressing a range of areas, including management, sales and product training, human resources, repairs and pricing, and consumer law.

Nationwide Jewellers has recently confirmed the details of its next overseas trip, which will take members to India early next year.

The International Jewellery Fair will take place at Sydney’s International Convention and Exhibition Centre in Darling Harbour, beginning on 23 August.
