As part of a comprehensive investigation, Jeweller previously connected the dots across a web of businesses which, on the surface, appeared largely unrelated beyond sharing some unusual connections with the local jewellery industry.
These connections with the local jewellery trade came in the form of associations with the Jewellery Industry Network and Jewellery Industry Fair, despite these companies operating in different and disparate fields.
In the four months since the most recent update to that investigation, new research has identified six additional companies connected to Angkham (Andy) Phanthapangna and/or Laura Moore that have either been liquidated or deregistered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).
As part of a multi-stage follow-up on that investigation, Jeweller will provide various updates on companies, industry associations, and individuals involved with this ‘web’ of collapsed companies.
The list of ‘failed’ entities involved in that complex web has increased to 14; however, that is far from all.
The disappearing Apeirogons
Reporting in October last year identified four companies intertwined in the tangled network using the name ‘Apeirogon’. Fittingly, an apeirogon is a geometric shape with a countably infinite number of sides and vertices.
Those companies were: Apeirogon Pty Ltd, Apeirogon Group Pty Ltd, Apeirogon Corporation Pty Ltd and Apeirogon Technologies Pty Ltd.
Apeirogon Pty Ltd was liquidated on 18 September 2025 with $2 million in liabilities. Phanthapangna was a director and shareholder of this company, and he featured as an exhibitor and speaker at the Jewellery Industry Fair in 2022.
Two additional ‘Apeirogons’ associated with Phanthapangna have been deregistered: Apeirogon Group and Apeirogon Corporation, while a third has been liquidated.
On 3 February, ASIC took action against the Phanthapangna-owned Apeirogon Group under Section 601AB(1), which concerns companies that fail to pay fees, file legally required documents, or appear to have stopped trading.
Seven days later, Apeirogon Corporation underwent voluntary de-registration; ASIC records show that this company was formed by Phanthapangna and Francis Wong in September 2023, both being directors and shareholders.
Its website states: "Apeirogon Corporation has established connections in Asia and the ASEAN nations, strategically establishing partnerships and networks to navigate diverse markets and regulatory landscapes effectively, driven by our commitment to innovation and impact."
Wong takes on greater prominence in this latest round of research. Although he was not a director or shareholder of the liquidated Apeirogon Pty Ltd, he promoted himself as the company’s chairman. This will be explained in greater detail below.
Furthermore, a fourth ‘Apeirogon’ was placed into liquidation on 24 June: Apeirogon Technologies.
Based in South Australia, Anthony Matthews of Anthony Matthews & Associates has been appointed liquidator of this company. This signifies an interesting change of practice, given that eight previous liquidations were handled by Hugh Martin of insolvency specialist firm Bernardi Martin, also based in Adelaide.
That aside, while neither Wong nor Phanthapangna were listed as a director of Apeirogon Technologies, the choice of company name does not appear to be a coincidence, as its website states that it is “served by Banquet Creative.”
Banquet Creative was one of the liquidated companies owned by Phanthapangna with liabilities of around $2 million. The website for Wong’s Apeirogon Corporation also states: “served by Banquet Creative.”
To further confuse matters, the website for Apeirogon Technologies (apeirogontech.my) states that it has "28 Years of experience, 3000+ Data engineers, 100+ Projects completed”.
These are interesting claims given that government records indicate the company was formed only 12 months ago. Despite boasting of nearly three decades’ worth of experience, Apeirogon Technologies was registered with ASIC by Jett Ferro on 6 August 2025.
As previously noted, a LinkedIn account for Jett Ferro lists him as 'Head Of Web3 Product Development’ at Apeirogon. Ferro also appeared alongside Phanthapangna in social media posts promoting the 2022 Jewellery Industry Fair
. As previously explained, the fair was owned by Phanthapangna and Moore’s Jewellery Industry Network.
The registered address for Apeirogon Technologies is the same as almost every other company associated with Phanthapangna and Moore: Rose Street, Mile End in Adelaide. Like many of the intertwined companies, the Apeirogon Technologies website states: "served by Banquet Creative".
Ferro also surfaced alongside Phanthapangna in an unusual podcast appearance last July hosted by a former ABC journalist, Kim Kleidon.
Bizarrely, Kleidon’s podcast described Phanthapangna as the founder of ‘Paragon Group’ – a company which does not appear in ASIC records in association with either Phanthapangna or Ferro.
Perhaps unsurprisingly, the list of ‘Apeirogons’ does not actually end at four. Government records show that Sandra Phanthapangna has registered the business name ‘Apeirogon’.
For clarity, a business name is a trading name used to conduct operations, while a company name is an official, separate legal entity registered under the law. Sandra Phanthapangna has also registered the name ‘Acumend’.
She runs an interactive health clinic, and WHOIS, the public directory for domain name registrations, shows the website (acumend.com.au) as being registered by Sandra Phanthapangna.
An entity called 'Accumend Australia' was previously recorded as being owed $37,000 by liquidators in two reports for collapsed Phanthapangna-owned companies.
In November, and under Section 601AB(1), ASIC moved to deregister Acumend (ACN 657 492 236).
Andy Angkham Phanthapangna
Since Jeweller’s investigation began, Phanthapangna’s personal LinkedIn profile (Andy P) listing him as CEO of Apeirogon Pty Ltd has been deleted, scrubbing his association or connection to the various ‘Apeirogons’. He described himself as an “innovator and creative driver”.
As explained, Apeirogon Pty Ltd and Apeirogon Technologies have been liquidated while Apeirogon Group and Apeirogon Corporation have been de-registered. With that said, Phanthapangna has started a new venture, Angkham Advisory.
The website (angkhamadvisory.com) was registered on 23 February 2026 and states:
- “Andy Angkham Phanthapangna is a technology and digital services leader recognised for community-focused strategy, cross-cultural collaboration, and people-centred program development across Southeast Asia,”.
- “With more than 30 years of experience working across national and international initiatives, he brings together organisations, communities, and stakeholders to build inclusive, sustainable progress through creativity and practical innovation.”
In addition to having deleted his personal LinkedIn account, Phanthapangna created a new LinkedIn account for Angkham Advisory that details the same business information published on his website. (See image below)
Intriguingly, the new website and LinkedIn account fail to mention any of the eight companies liquidated by the insolvency firm Bernardi Martin. More interestingly, ASIC does not appear to record a business or company registered with the name 'Angkham Advisory'.
Even though this new website makes no mention of his previous connections to Jewellery Industry Network and Jewellery Industry Fair, it does feature a large photo of Phanthapangna wearing a Jewellery Industry Fair name tag.
After the collapse late last year of his children's charity, Grow Fit Fund - of which Laura Moore was a board member - Phanthapangna became a regular contributor to the platform Medium.
Medium is a website that promotes itself as “a home for human stories and ideas. Here, anyone can share knowledge and wisdom with the world—without having to build a mailing list or a following first.”
The site claims contributors can leverage their search rankings: “Using Medium for SEO means leveraging the platform's massive domain authority to rank your content on search engines like Google.”
Phanthapangna published eight articles on Medium; however, that account now appears to be banned. When clicking on the Medium link from his website, the reader is presented with:
It is unclear why the Angkham Advisory account on Medium was banned; however, the platform is a ‘hot spot’ for Google Bombing tactics - also known as Google Washing. This is a form of search engine manipulation used by companies and individuals to remove undesirable articles from the first page of search results.
With that said, Phanthapangna continues to promote his extensive ’expertise’ generated over more than 30 years in business. Jeweller obtained an ASIC record which lists more than 60 companies for which Phanthapangna has been involved as either a director and/or secretary.
Various attempts were made to contact Phanthapangna via a number of email addresses for this report; however, at the time of publication he had not responded.
Francis Wong
The discovery that Apeirogon Corporation had recently been deregistered uncovered new issues.
Like many people, Wong maintains a comprehensive curriculum vitae on LinkedIn, dating back to 2006. It includes more than 20 positions, both former and ongoing, and two of these entries are particularly interesting.
As mentioned, when Jeweller initially reported on the eight companies involved in the $14 million collapse, Wong’s was promoting himself as ‘Chairman of Apeirogon Pty Ltd’, while the company’s LinkedIn account also listed him as an employee. (See images below)
Apeirogon Pty Ltd was liquidated on 18 September 2025 with more than $2 million in liabilities, including $1.15 million owed to the ATO and more than $150,000 to staff.
The liquidator’s report records more than $868,000 in related party transactions.
While researching Wong’s connection to the ‘Apeirogons’, his personal LinkedIn profile was captured on 24 November 2025. In addition to listing himself as chairman of the Australia-ASEAN Business Forum, the profile included: “Chairman Apeirogon: April 2023 - Present 2 years 8 months - Australia.”
Following Jeweller’s investigation, this detail had been altered and stated: “Chairman Apeirogon: April 2023 - August 2024 1 year 5 months - Australia.”
Curiously, this edit shifted the date of his Apeirogon appointment to conclude well before the company was liquidated in September 2025.
It is unknown when this change was made; however, following recent contact with Wong concerning new information, his LinkedIn profile has been edited again.
This time, all mention of Apeirogon Pty Ltd has been deleted from his LinkedIn and, additionally, it has been removed from his Instagram and X accounts too.
This is not the only LinkedIn record that has been altered after questions were raised.
On 4 August 2026, in response to emails to Wong, Kadie Dinh, vice chair of the Australia-ASEAN Business Forum, replied on Wong's behalf, saying that he would not be responding due to his “busy commitments”.
Along with Wong, Dinh is a director and shareholder of Encounter Global Pty Ltd. This should not be confused with the Wong-owned Encounter Australia Pty Ltd, the company that owns the business name ‘Australia-ASEAN Business Forum’.
In addition to being vice chair of the Australia-ASEAN Business Forum, Dinh’s LinkedIn profile states that she has been managing director of Encounter Global Pty Ltd for 16 years: “Managing Director Encounter Global Pty Ltd. August 2010 - Present · 16 years 1 month.”
ASIC records show that Encounter Global (ACN 671 600 178) was registered on 20 September 2023 - only three years ago.
The registered business address is the same as that which appears on almost all of the Phanthapangna and Moore-owned companies: Rose Street, Mile End in Adelaide.
Following questions about this anomaly, Dinh’s LinkedIn profile was also edited. Curiously, the date change was for only four years; and it now reads: “Managing Director Encounter Global Pty Ltd. August 2014 - Present · 10 years 1 month.”
Neither ASIC nor the Australian Business Name (ABN) registrar lists any business known as Encounter Global prior to 2023, contradicting Dinh's claim to being managing director for 10 years – let alone 16.
Returning to Wong, in addition to being chairman of the Australia-ASEAN Business Forum and chairman of Apeirogon Pty Ltd, Wong’s current profile also details the position of chairman for Enserv Australia.
“Enserv Australia is a subsidiary of Enserv Thailand, a leader in clean energy generation, emissions reductions and climate change services,” Wong's profile explains.
His profile details the position as: “Chairman Enserv Australia. March 2024 - Present. 2 years 6 months.”
Curiously, Enserv Australia was listed as a major sponsor of the 2025 Australia-ASEAN Business Forum alongside the Government of South Australia, BHP, and Santos.
Interestingly, Apeirogon Pty Ltd was also listed as a major sponsor at Wong’s event even though the company had been liquidated 10 days before.
The Australia-ASEAN Business Forum website is/was also "served" by the now liquidated, Phanthapangna-owned Banquet Creative.
Guest speakers included Peter Malinauskas (SA Premier), Paul Grimes (CEO of Austrade), Wendy Black (Executive Director Policy for the Business Council of Australia), Andrew McKellar (CEO of the Australian Chamber of Commerce and Industry) and Kevin Gallagher (CEO of Santos).
Apeirogon Group was a sponsor of the 2024 Australian ASEAN Business Forum held in Sydney, and Phanthapangna was promoted as a speaker. Other sponsors included AUSTRADE, Business NSW, and Canopy Sands.
Government records do not list a company called Enserv Australia. Despite ASIC not recording Enserv Australia as a registered company, the Thai-based parent, Enserv Holdings, promotes an Australian entity.
The "Subsidiaries" webpage displays a logo for Enserv Australia. The Australian website link listed on the company's LinkedIn account does not work. Wong was emailed questions about these discrepancies.
Jeweller also contacted Tanachat Pochana, founder and chairman of Enserv Holding Co. Ltd in Thailand. Intriguingly, Pochana's LinkedIn profile states that he has been Chairman Enserv Australia since January 2015.
Neither man replied.
