These delicate silk bracelets are the latest from Raksha Jewellery.
Made of 100 per cent silk and individually hand-dyed, each bracelet is unique and possesses its own characteristics.
Charms are made from a 3-micron layer of gold and sterling silver.
Raksha Bandhan is a Hindu festival that celebrates brotherhood and love. On the day of celebrations a silken thread is tied around the wrist and worn as protection from evil during the forthcoming year.
The designer of Raksha Jewellery, Kitty van Coesant, gains inspiration from Buddhism and old Indian traditions.
