Greater prominence of Euro brands

Two years ago, when Jeweller first analysed the Euro jewellery
brands that were “invading” our shores, I predicted that it was a
phenomenon that wasn’t going to stop. Sure, Australia and New Zealand
have had European jewellery brands for a long time but these really
served the upper market and were usually vertical operations.
It was only when the branded jewellery trend started to gain a firm foothold in the mass market, courtesy largely of Pandora, that we started to see other Euro brands realise the potential of expanding Down Under.
