Snake Chain Process: Limbering Machine at Morris and Watson New Zealand

Round Snake Chain is threaded through three dies, one in the middle swings around in a circular motion. This makes the chain appear almost like a skipping rope as it limbers up links which have lost some of their range of movement through earlier compaction and hammering stages.
