High-end South Sea pearl jewellery supplier Autore has launched a design-led website that includes educational content for consumers.
The site, www.pearlautore.com, will showcase the Australia-based company’s collection of pearl jewellery as well as provide comprehensive information about Autore’s operations.
For consumers interested in buying Autore jewellery, there is an extensive stockists section with simple search functions. Web users can find their nearest Autore stockist with the help of a Google map link.
Besides listing information about its collections and operations, the website also provides visitors with a pearl education section with a ‘grade your own pearl’ subsection.
The homepage of the site has been designed as a visually interactive interface, flowing seamlessly between the stunning Australian coastlines where South Sea pearls are sourced and jewellery designs created by Autore.
Tabs on the left of the homepage have been designed to make navigation simple.
A feature not often seen on jewellery websites is a ‘toggle full screen’ tab, which allows users to transfer to a separate full screen window.
Images of Autore’s jewellery collections include zoom functions and high-resolution image request forms, for media purposes.
