Real flowers are fundamental components of these heart-shaped earrings from Blue Turtles.
The earrings are made from real flowers preserved in resin and set in sterling silver. The flowers were grown under the warm Mexican sun, handpicked and dried before they were taken into a workshop.
The pieces were handmade and assembled with tweezers by Mexican women. The tiny floral bouquets were constructed within sterling silver casings. Similar floral, heart-shaped pendants were crafted the same way.
They’re available now and can be viewed online or by requesting a catalogue.
The pieces are new additions to Blue Turtles’ Wildflower collection. The Wildflower collection features a vibrant mix of miniature roses, forget-me-nots, alyssiums and other flowers preserved in clear resin. The range consists of more than 25 styles of sterling silver and floral combinations.
