Diamond pendant to star at Miss Universe pageant

While there might be some conjecture surrounding Australia’s Miss
Universe entrant’s national costume, at least her diamond accessory gift
to the pageant will be raising eyebrows for the right reasons.
Australia’s entrant in this year’s Miss Universe pageant, Renae Ayris, will be escorting an “Illa Cluster” star pendant created by Hearts On Fire to the finale next month in America.
Hearts On Fire, marketed as The World’s Most Perfectly Cut Diamond, will be the jewellery sponsor for the Miss Universe Australia pageant 2013-2015.
Jewels Australia Marketing (JAM) brokered the deal with the international diamond brand, which has retailers Australia-wide.
JAM managing director Jeni Langanke said, “As tradition dictates, every country attending the finale brings a gift and Ayris will be taking the ‘Illa Cluster’ star pendant. The piece has an Australian theme, featuring five smaller diamonds, like the Southern Cross, surrounding a centre diamond.”
Hearts On Fire is sold in 650 retailers across 34 countries and has more than 30 Australian stockists.
