Jewellery Industry Network: Companies and job titles vanish in the night

Image Gallery (15 Images)

New research has identified six additional companies connected to Angkham (Andy) Phanthapangna and/or Laura Moore that have either been liquidated or deregistered by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC).

THE START: Founding directors and shareholders of Jewellery Industry Network, Industry Group Network (IGN), and IGN Research: Angkham (Andy) Phanthapangna and Laura Moore. ASIC has deregistered the 'IGNs'.

FRANCIS WONG ‘Chairman Apeirogon’: While the names are similar, all four ‘Apeirogon’ websites use distinct logos. The logo used by Wong's LinkedIn profile appears to be for the liquidated Apeirogon Pty Ltd, which is very different from Apeirogon Corporation Pty Ltd, for which he is director.

EXPLORING THE LINKS: Francis Wong’s personal LinkedIn account lists “Chairman Apeirogon” (now liquidated), while Apeirogon’s LinkedIn account here lists him as an employee, alongside Jett Ferro, the director and shareholder of the recently liquidated Apeirogon Technologies. (See logo images below)

FOUR APEIROGONS: Andy Phanthapangna was a founding director of Industry Group Network (owner of Jewellery World) and Jewellery Industry Network (owner of the Jewellery Industry Fair). He was promoted as a speaker at the jewellery fair. He was also a director/shareholder of three other 'Apeirogons'.

OOPS: Even though Andy Angkham Phanthapangna's new website makes no mention of his previous connections to Jewellery Industry Network and Jewellery Industry Fair, angkhamadvisory.com features a large photo of him wearing a Jewellery Industry Fair name tag.

ORIGINAL: On 24 November 2025 Francis Wong listed himself as the Chairman of Apeirogon Pty Ltd on his LinkedIn profile. The company had been liquidated two months earlier (18 September 2025). Despite this, Apeirogon still featured as a major sponsor of his 2025 Australia-ASEAN Business Forum.

NEW: Andy Angkham Phanthapangna appears to have deleted his personal LinkedIn profile and created a new account for Angkham Advisory. He is photographed wearing a Jewellery Industry Fair name tag.

CHANGED: The date for Francis Wong's position as Chairman of Apeirogon Pty Ltd had been changed to end in August 2024, implying it had concluded well before the company was liquidated in September 2025 with liabilities of $2 million.

VANISHED #1: After Jeweller raised new questions with Francis Wong (5 August) the details about his Chairmanship of the liquidated Apeirogon Pty Ltd vanished from his LinkedIn profile.

EMPLOYEE: In October last year, Francis Wong was listed as an employee of Apreirogon Pty Ltd, in addition to holding the position of Chairman when it was liquidated owing, the ATO $1.15 million and $150,000 to staff.

VANISHED #2: In November last year, Francis Wong's Instagram account listed Apeirogon Corporation for which he was a director and shareholder. Since Jeweller asked questions, Apeirogon Corporation has been deleted from the account.

MISSING: Francis Wong lists himself as Chairman of Enserv Australia, "a subsidiary of Enserv Thailand". It was a major sponsor of his 2025 Australia-ASEAN Business Forum, and yet government regulators do not appear to record a company called Enserv Australia. Wong did not provide clarification.

Kadie Dinh’s LinkedIn profile originally stated she had been managing director of Encounter Global since 2010 (16 years) even though the company was only registered three years ago.

Following Jeweller's questions about this inconsistency, Kadie Dinh’s LinkedIn profile was changed. It now states that she has been managing director of Encounter Global since 2016 (10 years), even though the company was registered in September 2023.
